Kelly has been watching my 11 month old daughter since she was 5 months old, and I never thought I would be so comfortable with someone taking care of my baby. She has been nothing but an amazing addition to our family, and my daughter smiles every morning she walks in the door. Kelly is always reliable and punctual - she is really great with planning ahead and communicating anything she needs or is concerned with. She has never been late or had to miss a day, which is really helpful in managing my own work schedule. Since she started, Kelly has done an amazing job managing my daughter's constantly changing schedule. She always sticks to the schedule when it comes to bottle feedings, nap times, and meals. Keeping everything on track has been so helpful in establishing a routine and giving my daughter the consistency she needs and that I expect. Kelly is very active - she loves taking my daughter outside on walks and to the park, and doing music and art activities and playing at home. I love that she texts me updates and fun pictures throughout the day when I'm not home. She is kind and patient and honest, everything you could ask for in a caregiver. I've never seen her get mad or frustrated or annoyed. She does everything with a smile and truly enjoys being with my daughter. I cannot recommend Kelly enough, you are in great hands with her!
