I'm a passionate and experienced childcare provider dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of children. With 10 years of experience caring for and working with children of various ages (with & without disabilities), I have a proven ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for kids to thrive. My patient and friendly nature allows me to connect with children easily and build strong relationships with them. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day. As a Speech Language Pathologist with a Masters degree, I have a solid understanding of child development and educational best practices. I incorporate educational games, outdoor activities, and creative play into my caregiving to ensure children are learning and having fun simultaneously. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a structured and safe environment for the children in my care.
