Kelley seemed nice, polite, and professional over a phone interview. We decided to move forward with her and asked her to do a trial run (picking our daughter up off the bus and watching her until we get home from work. We agreed on a day and when that day came she texted us in the morning asked if we could reschedule because her aunt needed a ride to a dr apt. We said yes and scheduled another date. When that day came she texted us almost 15 minutes after she was supposed to be here saying she had a flat tire at the end of her driveway. Then rescheduled one more time. She did not show up AGAIN and after texting her and telling her we were disappointed and moving in another direction she texted us 45 minutes late saying she was sorry and had an emergency. Very unreliable and should be warning people before she is supposed to be here. I could only imagine if we gave her the start date and didn’t show up. We would be getting a call from our daughter’s school wondering why nobody picked her up off the bus.
