About Kellyn

I am always looking for ways to make the world more like my own education in Montessori and experiential learning that focus on the gifts and interests of the child. I graduated in the top 10% of my class from Reed College, and I can teach your children a thousand new and intriguing facts about the world and provide a stimulating environment that will encourage curiosity and inquiry to stretch young minds further. Highly engaging, enthusiastic, and responsible, I can offer your children ideas that will inspire them later in life. I started babysitting kids on my block when I was 12 and I have participated in childcare in some form or another for about seven years. For anxious parents, I can offer added safety and peace of mind from my background as an EMT, including some graduate level training in medicine and counseling. I was the Medical Director for The Wayfinder Experience, a live action roleplaying summer camp for ages 12-18.
