Hi! My name is Kelly. I have 9 years of experience teaching students with special needs. During my teaching experience, I learned and applied various teaching and behavior management strategies based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. I have learned to differentiate my teaching to enrich all types of learners based on their individual needs. In addition to my teaching experience working in a school setting, I have worked with individuals through an agency. This experience gave a broader perspective on teaching functional life skills and behavioral strategies while in the community setting. These are skills that I can apply within my work. I am a dedicated and passionate about helping others of all ages. I am creative person who is always looking for fun activities or experiences for the people I work with to engage in.
