Kelly recently was a caregiver for my mother-in-law in hospice. She was communicative, clear, and flexible with her work and experience, so much so that when we quickly had to fly to North Carolina to take care of my mother-in-law there instead of in Austin, Kelly graciously agreed to fly with us to help out there. When it comes to bedside manner, reviewing nurse's notes, medicine protocol, and being a caregiver to the patient, Kelly was very clearly skilled, experienced, and tender. She knew what signs to look out for when it came to feeding, resting, heart rate, blood pressure, you name it. Her previous hospital and hospice care experiences shine through. I felt very comfortable with my mother-in-law's care with Kelly by her side. Although we originally anticipated my mother-in-law to live another month to two months, she sadly only lasted two days under Kelly's care, so the job was cut short. However we are grateful for Kelly's flexibility to fly with us and her dedication to her patients and work. I recommend Kelly for a live-in caregiver position if you have a loved one that needs companionship, hospice, or senior care.
