All parents know how stressful it is to find someone you trust to be with your children when you can't. When we first met Kelly, we knew instantly that she was a perfect match for our family. As a mother herself, you can be confident that she has an incredible wealth of experience and an ability to handle just about anything that may come her way. During the interview, our toddler instantly connected with her. Kelly's friendly and outgoing. She even asked me how I was feeling about leaving my girls to go back to work and was so compassionate and understanding about what a difficult decision that was. The night before Kelly's first full day with my girls, I told my toddler that she was coming over the next day. My toddler responded with a loud cheer and hands in the air. Kids are an excellent judge of character so that pretty much says it all. I can go to my job and concentrate on work knowing that my girls are in great hands while I'm away. It's such a relief and a weight lifted off my shoulders. And I can assure you that once you meet Kelly, you'll feel the same way!
