I highly recommend Kelly for any role she is applying for. She has great communication and truly cares about the kids and families she works for. Her demeanor is very caring and calm, which does well with my very engaging daughter! We have 2 big dogs and a 2 story house… she navigates those dogs while on the steps with a kid in hand…all safely done. Kelly is very germ conscious and helps us keep tidy. She has been with us for 3 years and will continually have her over to babysit when our schedules match!
