About Kelly

Hi! My name is Kelly and I am currently a special education teacher in the Jersey City Public Schools. I have been apart of the JCBOE for the past 5 years. Also, I've been the assistant track and field coach at McNair Academic High School located in downtown Jersey City for the last three years. In addition, I am actively seeking my M. A. in school counseling at The College of New Jersey. Some adjectives to describe me include patient, calm, and creative. I love to play games with children that are both educational and fun. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day. Whether it's a trip to the park, a game of hide-and-seek, or helping with homework, I'm dedicated to providing a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Other contributing factors about myself include that I was a former Division 1 athlete at Manhattan College where I ran cross country and track and field.
