She was employed by our family to be a caregiver for my sister in March, 2024 and has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and dedication throughout her employment. Her primary responsibility is to monitor my sister's condition to ensure her safety, helping to prevent accidents related to the instability. She provides invaluable assistance around the house, reminding her to take her medication and check her blood sugar levels. She prepares breakfast and occasionally other meals. In addition, she assists with light household chores and drives her to appointments and engagements. She has worked both day and evening shifts. She also takes on tasks outside the home, such as watering plants and performing small errands. Throughout her employment, she has always been punctual, dependable, and respectful. She is hardworking, self-motivated, and consistently looks for ways to stay busy. Her presence provides my sister with security and companionship. She let us know a while back that she would need to seek other employment so she could work more hours than we can give her. We wholeheartedly recommend her for any future caregiving or related positions. She would be an asset to any household or employer.
