I love seeing all individuals living with special needs, especially children, grow and succeed. I also believe that it's important for caregivers who are responsible for an individual with special needs to get a chance to take the opportunity to take out time for themselves so that they can recharge, so they won't burn out. I have several years of paid experience working as a respite provider to families living in Central Florida. I was also a respite provider for a monthly program that brought special needs children together so their caregivers could have a three to four hour break to do what they wanted to do.
