About Kelly

As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing children's growth and development. My 5 years in childcare have been incredibly fulfilling, knowing I make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, creative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children easily. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred methods to provide regular updates on their child's day and address any issues. I believe in supporting families and understand the importance of following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and routines. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that foster learning. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages, from newborns to 11-year-olds. My educational background includes some college, and I have also completed First Aid Training. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
