About Kelli

I'd describe my personality as caring, patient, empathetic. I like caring for seniors because emotional fulfillment and personal growth, and giving someone companionship. I'm looking for a job that can give me a sense of accomplishment and personal growth. I started caring for seniors when I was out of high school. My mom had an elderly friend she helped out. My mom ended up getting a new job and I told her that I would take care of her friend and from there I know I wanted to be a caregiver. In my spare time, I like to read books, cook, spend time with my kids. One thing you should know about me is I'm very patient willing to learn new skills or information that may be useful to my client. I also like to teach family members techniques on how to care for their loved one. My skills include vitals, medication management, range of motion , toileting and hygiene practices. Light massage, care plans, laundry, bed sheets changing, cleaning.
