. I have well over 20 years of experience caring for babies and children. I like working with kids because I love being a part of the child's development. In my spare time, I absolutely love all things beach year round , pilates, bible study and spending time with any of my children. One thing you should know about me is I absolutely adore all aspects of caring for and spending time with babies! My skills include all aspects of child safety, ability to identify and address the current needs of little ones and redirect unwanted actions/ behaviors swiftly. I am also very creative which makes for a fun, happy , educational environment for all . We are thrilled with the care provided by Kelli. She is extremely punctual and reliable and she sends plenty of updates throughout the day. Our daughter adores her; Kelli engages her with creative activities and ensures her safety and happiness at all times, remaining actively engaged with our girl. Kelli brings extra books, plays music, is very hands on and attentive. We couldn't ask for a better caretaker & highly recommend her to any family looking for exceptional childcare!
