I obtained my 90 hour certification shortly upon graduating from college. I have numerous hours of early childhood education training through workshops and on line coursework. I obtained the highest level of certification for the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Childcare. I have experience working with special needs children. I am quite creative and imaginative. I love to read and have an vast library of children's books. I possess extensive knowledge of educational activities designed to stimulate physical, social, and cognitive development. Kelli cared for our daughter full time from 3 months old to 16 months old and was wonderful! She was incredibly reliable, she showed up on time even in snowstorms. She helped us through all the changing phases and routines as our daughter went from infant to toddler and also helped with many chores around the house. Kelli is great with dogs and put up with a lot from our two large labs. Kelli clearly loves children of all ages and has such a sweet bond with our daughter. We were blessed to have her in our home for a year and know that our daughter will miss her greatly as we enter a new phase in our lives.
