I like caring for homes because your home should be your safe space. You should look forward to going home after a long day. It's been proven that a clean, uncluttered home can help alleviate stress and improve mental health. I started housekeeping when I was 18, at a camping resort. I was responsible for cleaning bathhouses (sooo many toilets) and rentals. In Air Force basic training, my assigned job was cleaning the bathroom (again, sooo many toilets). I decided to return to housekeeping when I lost my federal job due to mass terminations. One thing you should know about me is I am an Air Force veteran and I have carried the values I was taught into my civilian life. Integrity, excellence, and service to others are all important to me.
