We went through the whole process of hiring Kellie to be long term and even had our first shift with her. The following day, she suddenly messaged that she was no longer available and gave no reason why, so we quickly had to go through the hiring process again with someone else. However, she did give a recommendation for someone else to help us, but that person ended up being a no go as well.
