About Kellie

I am incredibly passionate about caring for our elderly. Even as a high schooler/college student, I spent my summers at a privately owned assisted living home for elderly people suffering from dementia, schizophrenia, and different kinds of psychosis. I loved my time there. I helped my parents care for their parents when they lived in our home and feel I was given an excellent example of how our elderly family members should be treated. I went back to school as an adult to become a Medical Assistant and can now help with even more specialized issues such as diabetes, respiratory issues, passing meds, giving injections, drawing blood when needed and recognizing the signs of infection, illness or distress. I also have my BLS (basic life saving) certification.
