About Keleen

I'm a caregiver with four years of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for helping children grow and develop led me to this fulfilling career. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love finding new and exciting ways to engage children and help them learn. I believe in open communication with parents and believe their preferred communication method is best. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and boundaries to ensure a safe and positive environment for the children in my care. My previous work experiences include lifeguarding, teaching art at the Duke Children's Hospital, and my college degree in public health. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR and have completed coursework in early child development. In my free time, I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm also willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
