I'd describe my personality as patient, open-minded, and culturally competent I like caring for seniors because I have l personal experiences as well as professional and always found it very rewarding to care for those that need the assistance both mentally and physically. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and open. I started caring for seniors when 2000 at a nursing home as a CNA. Then became an RN and then got my masters in nursing in 2020. Total of 20 years as a registered nurse and last 4 years included with my masters degree in nursing. I have experiences both inpatient hospital, nursing home, and clinic. I was an assistant nurse manager for 5 years as well. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, collect art, and gardening One thing you should know about me is I am very easy going and tolerant. Open-minded and open to suggestions and learning new things. My skills include care/case management, triage, and advanced nursing skills
