About Keiry

During my work with her, I have found that Keiry has aided our children in meeting and exceeding their developmental milestones. She creatively engages both our children, who are two years apart, in experiential activities and creates a positive environment filled with excitement. Although she is consistent, she is rarely repetitive, constantly imagining new ways to keep our little ones interested and curious. Additionally, Keiry ability to build a strong rapport with our children in a short period of time is inspiring. I have found that my children look forward to learning with her and feel a sense of pride when they gain knowledge or skills with her, which is due to her ability to build a sense of self-efficacy and confidence. She has a high regard for children's identities and respects their wishes, while keeping them safe and on task. Her greatest asset is her ability to remain patient with both our children, even under the most stressful of circumstances. Furthermore, Keiry is a reliable, consistent, and very personable individual. She is intuitive and goes above and beyond what is asked of her. Her strengths are that she is a good communicator, very observant, and able to adapt to ever-changing environments. I appreciated that she saw the big picture, while remaining engaged in the present and aided with maintaining our parenting style. We are tremendously grateful either Keiry, our family and I are really going to miss her!!
