My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting and CNA roles, which ignited my desire to make a positive impact on young and elderly lives. I am known for my patient and calm demeanor, which allows me to effectively manage clients needs. My open and friendly nature helps me connect easily with children, building trust and rapport. I believe in open communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I respect the parenting styles of each family and adapt my approach accordingly. I enjoy engaging children in various activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development. From outdoor sports and games to board games and puzzles, I strive to make learning fun.
