I recently bought a house. It was in really poor condition and I registered on Care.com to find a cleaning service. Kecia was in regular correspondence with me, so I hired her for a deep clean of my house. My boiler broke down hours after purchasing the house. With no heat and no hot water, the house could not be properly cleaned. However, she continued to check in on me and my progress. When things got fixed, it was a month later. I contacted her and she promptly cleaned the second floor. She stayed for a longer period of time because the house was so dirty. I appreciated her sticking with me and checking on my progress.
