We had a very bad experience dealing with Keaton, we had an agreed appointment to meet and discuss the details of the house at a specific time and place in person. Then about 40 min before the arranged meeting time, she confirmed she is planning to meet, then wanted to know how much we are going to pay. We mentioned the website has a services price range and we would pay according to the agreed rate and quality of the service while providing a tip. Then we arrived back our house for our appointment to find she is late and so we called her, no answer. To find a message on the care.com platform posted 32 min before appointment time, "Thank you for the opportunity but I've decided to pass!" this was very unprofessional and she showed little respect for our time and honoring commitments. We are glad we had experience before getting more involved in this work relationship, our advice is to proceed with caution
