About Kaytlinn

My name is Kaytlinn, and I'm excited to offer part-time childcare, whether on a consistent schedule or flexible, variable days. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 2020 and have maintained my CPR certification throughout that time. My medical background includes working at Partnership Health Center's urgent care clinic, where I frequently cared for sick children who required extra patience and attention. I currently work on the cardiology unit at St. Pat's Hospital. My experience has given me confidence in handling emergency situations. I consider myself a patient, understanding, and adaptable caregiver, recognizing that each child is unique and may respond differently to various communication styles. My childcare philosophy is rooted in constructive guidance- I do not believe in physical punishment or withholding food. Instead, I work with children in a way that encourages cooperation, learning, and emotional growth.
