Im Kaylynn, a caring and experienced childcare provider with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable looking after up to three children at a time. For the past two and half years I've worked with adolescents who have physical and developmental disabilities. (Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, etc.) As well as those struggle with their mental health. (Bipolar, depression, PTSD, etc.) I supported these individuals with training and developing barista and cashier skills. I understand the importance of following the parents' lead and communicating openly about their child's day.
