I have years of experience working as an aide that range from newborn-elderly. I specialize with individuals that are diagnosed with/ intellectual disability, dementia/ Alzheimer's, physically impaired etc. I have worked with individuals with substance abuse habits as well I am a very patience and kind individual who truly enjoys working with others. Not only does this kind of work make me happy I can brighten someone's day but I've made some amazing relationships with clients which is something I'll always cherish.

Kaylyn interviewed on 11/3 and we had a video call the next day to set her start date. She ghosted us on the start date leaving us w/o care. I sent a reminder the day before. She read the message but did not have the courtesy to withdraw her interest. Her word is non committal although she sounds genuine and sweet. If she would have replied vs leaving me to believe the position was filled, this review wouldn’t exist. Honesty is everything. Ghosting those in need is wrong!
