Hello, my name is Kaylla. I Have 10 years of experience with ages 0 and up. Extensive knowledge in health and first aid, as well as working with autistic children. My skills and abilities include; Art, Music, Communication, CPR, Decision-making, Problem solving, Interpersonal Communication, Active listening, Child Development, American Sign Language(ASL), Organization, Leadership, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, Compassion, Empathy I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and understanding. I started working with kids since I was 15 years old. In my spare time, I like to to take nature walks, read, yoga and write. One thing you should know about me is I enjoy helping children express themselves through music and drawing.
