I can provide quality service to those who need basic assistance. I am not a CNA or licensed caregiver. I have cared for my grandmother with Alzheimer's for extended periods of time - that was unpaid work. I drove her to functions, prepared healthy and delicious food, fed her, administered medications, got her in and out of bed, helped her go to the restroom, and got her dressed, etc. We watched old movies together, I read, sang, and talked to her. I did what most grandmothers would want their grand-daughters to do with them even though she doesn't respond as much as she used to. I would love to make sure that someone else' grandmother or grandfather is treated with love and respect as mine has been by other caregivers - I can be that caregiver for your family. My primary employment has been nannying for the past several years for special needs children. My grandfather would be happy to talk to you about their experience with me caring for them if you would like.
