We hired Kayli and were immediately impressed with her poise, maturity, goals and the way she managed the kids. We were excited to have found our fit. It had been a great month. We had one hiccup with short notice that should wouldn't be coming on a given day and got right back in sync. Today she TEXT apologetically to say she had family issues happening and while our kid is amazing, she cannot continue the job. I tried to call her to work through it and see if she would be able to work out some sort of notice since my husband and I have full time jobs. She has either turned off her phone or blocked me after sending her message. I'm incredibly disappointed. I thought very highly of her and trusted her in our home. Quitting without notice, via text, regardless of the issue, is unprofessional and disrespectful.
