Kayley O. was under my employment from Sept 2012 to Aug 2013 and served as a full-time nanny for my 2 young girls. At the time that she started my youngest was 6 months old and the eldest was 23 months. During this time, and after, she displayed a variety of skills that would be exceptional in any workplace but clearly she has a particular flair for working with children. Kayley displays the skills that every employer seeks. She is punctual, is organized, follows instructions well, considerate of others time and concerns, and most importantly is self-motivated, self-directed. Once Kayley understood the household routine and rules, she was able to complete her day with little instruction from me. As a stay-at-home mom with two children under two years old, this was amazing. She became like a second set of hands that helped make the day run smoothly. But she was more than that. The children quickly grew to love her like another member of the family and still ask for her today.
