Hi, my name is Kayley! I have a diverse background and in child care, including many years of experiences as a camp counselor, swim instructor, preschool assistant, and in-home nanny. I've worked with children ranging from newborns to 12 years old and have been responsible for groups of up to 12 children at a time. Working with children has always been my passion! I graduated with my Associate's in Human Services from St. Charles Community College and am now a community support specialist (case manager) for youth. In this role, I provide interventions focused on coping skills, emotion management, and conflict resolution, helping children navigate challenges and build resilience. My program works in partnership with families, so I collaborate closely with parents and clients to strengthen connections and improve overall wellness. Kayley is absolutely amazing with children and is always ensuring they are the priority and all their needs are getting met. She has a great deal of experience and has worked with kids of all ages which definitely shows in her work. She is attentive to each specific child's needs and doesn't act as though all kids are the same. She is always willing to help out in anyway she can and goes above and beyond when caregiving. I highly recommend Kayley as a nanny and feel blessed to have gotten the opportunity to see her in action!
