Kaylen was fantastic. She checked in with me prior to our first meeting, offered references, and was happy to answer any questions I had. She arrived a little early for introductions, inquired about any routines or restrictions the kids had, and was all around incredibly pleasant. The kids loved her. I could hear my daughter laughing when through the door when I arrived home. She was active and engaged with them the entire time. Would definitely hire her again.
