Hello! My name is Kayleigh. I am a qualified Behavior Therapist with 6+ years of relevant experience working with children and adults ages 2-21 on the autism spectrum. I am currently shifting my career to better focus on my endeavors to become an elementary educator, and in doing such, has lead me to seek out professional caregiver positions. I am fun, energetic, caring, and not afraid to be a little silly to put a smile on a child's face. In addition to this, I pride myself on being consistent, honest, and respectful. Working with individuals on the spectrum for many years has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to be a caregiver, which includes the ability to foster an environment rich with fun learning opportunities!
