She's one of the most dependable people I've worked with by far! She plans lessons around what the children know and struggle with and explains it in real life ways to better grasp it. She has no problem helping with the animals when over if it's getting ready to storm and they all need to go out prior and we just don't have enough hands. She cares for them and enjoys seeing them grow even if that means she's tutoring less because it wouldn't be needed, she comes prepared with binders of her lessons planned to help them if it's test prep and her own notebooks for working the problems along side of them so they can see how she works them and help show where they might be going wrong. Even though she's young she's by far one of the best I've seen!
