About Kaylee

I have had a love for childcare since I can remember. I am the oldest child in a very large family giving me years of experience. I also have done many babysitting jobs on the side. I currently work full-time at Lightbridge academy as an assistant teacher in both 0-12 months and 12-16 months. At my job I am primarily in charge of 4 babies at a time, I love taking care of multiple children at once. Needless to say I am very comfortable with the younger kiddos but am also comfortable with up to 10 years. I believe in open communication with parents. I am open to parents preferred methods of communication, but I enjoy text/picture updates throughout my time. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, physical games, and educational games that promote learning rather than overly indulging in screen time. I plan to get as much childcare experience as possible to go towards my degree in children's psychology. I love being able to help families and their little ones in any way I can!
