About Kaylee

Hello my name is Kaylee, I am an experienced and caring caregiver excited to support and nurture your child's growth and well-being. I have over 4 years in child experience including being a daycare assistant working with children from the ages of 11months - 5 years old. I was also a a Teacher Assistant at the New York Child Resource Center for over a year engaging with children on the autism spectrum between the ages of 2-3. I provided one on one ABA therapy to children during my time being a Teacher Assistant. I've developed a Strong ability to foster a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that promotes both emotional and intellectual growth. My experience has taught me how to create personalized care planes and manage daily routines while building positive relationships with both children and families.
