I have been a caregiver since 2002. Career nannying is the most rewarding job in the world. I'm Kaylee 36, I bring the long term experience of 1:1 care with over 35 children and over 20 years of childcare. My longest nanny commitment was 11 years and my current commitment is 5 years and counting. I have a bachelor's degree in Comm/English and have worked as a nanny, house manager, teacher, and behavior therapist. My focus includes enriching educational and emotional growth, creating a solid schedule, great walks, museum visits, park playdates, and connecting with my story-time family. I use ASL, Spanish, and functional communication for developing lifelong learners. An ideal schedule is 8-4 4x a week and 32 hours. My rates are $28 an hour for one, $31 for two, and $35 for three kids and this includes household help. $40 for a nanny share.
