Kaylee reached out to me about a job i posted and i was really looking forward to meeting her to see if she’d be a good fit for the position. We had a plan to get together and she let me know the morning of that she had a conflict. We then planned to meet the next day. I reached out to her morning of, no response. I went to the meeting place and waited half an hour and texted her asking if she was still able to make it. She never showed up or even let me know she wouldn’t be there.
