About Kayle

Hi! My name is kayle, and I've been experienced working with children for family and friends, and as a teacher assistant at a daycare. I am passionate about nurturing and educating children. I enjoy being around children, especially babies I absolutely adore them. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. I prioritize open communication with parents, such as regular text or phone call update parents to ensure everyone is informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I am comfortable enforcing household rules by following the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respect for the family's values. My favorite part is watching them grow and learn new skills and creating a safe space for them. That being said I'm currently a college student at rvcc, with a flexible schedule and willing to work around it to provide childcare.
