About Kaylea

As a creative and friendly childcare provider with three years of experience, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to support families motivated me to become a caregiver. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, and I follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so. I believe that consistency and structure are important for children, and I am happy to work with parents to ensure that their rules are followed. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to three children of ages 0 to 11, and I am willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
