About Kayla

Hi there, my name is Kayla and I'm looking to help your family with caregiving or nanny services! I graduated from Warner Pacific University with a degree in Healthcare Administration in 2021. I have over 5 years experience working in healthcare both directly with patients and as a staffing resource. More recently I have gained experience in clinical and hospital staffing. Previously I worked at Rose Villa Senior Living for 3 years in Oregon, I managed staffing in a long-term care setting and worked side by side with the Healthcare Administrator and Director of Nursing to provide the highest level of care for our residents especially during the pandemic. I have previous experience of being a CNA/ caregiver for both in-home care and skilled nursing while providing services to patients with developmental disabilities and geriatrics as well. I have been recently caring for a infant full-time and also helping other parents as well with nannying in Santa Cruz County. Can't wait to meet you!
