We have been lucky enough to have Kayla as our amazing nanny for the last three years. She is moving back to her hometown to be closer to family, so we are sadly saying goodbye - but a new family will be the very lucky recipients of the most kind, caring, responsible, mature, genuine, trustworthy, punctual and exceptional person to be their nanny!! We have a neurotypical child and a neurodivergent child and Kayla deeply connected with them both. She is very patient, wise and sensitive and really understood how to earn both kids’ trust. She is extremely skilled with understanding and navigating special needs and our trust in her is immaculate in that regard. Kayla is a great driver, she is good at keeping to (always shifting) schedules, remembering and ensuring the small details happen, preparing lunches and snacks for school, helping with errands for the kids, and just is loved by all who meet her. Kayla is also fun and silly and is always a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend her enough - our loss is truly your immense gain!! We will miss her!
