About Kayla

Growing up I have been surrounded by children in various settings! I've coached them in soccer and basketball for 6 years all ranging from pre-k to 12th grade. I have worked at Baystate Medical Center in the Children and Adolescent unit where I worked with children as young as 1-month-old to 25 years old. I've spent countless years volunteering in the special Olympics where I've had the opportunity of building relationships with the athletes and families. I'm comfortable working with children of any age, sick or healthy and assisting with individual needs! I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B. S. where I studied Public Health with a Clinical Medicine focus and sub-focus area of Psychology and Brain Science. I am now currently continuing my education in an accelerated nursing program!
