About Kayla

Hi, my name is Kayla. I started babysitting over 10 years ago as a summer nanny for a single mother with two children. I worked a typical nine to five while the mother was away at work. Daily tasks included bathing the kids, brushing their teeth, and making sure breakfast and lunch was made and eaten. I also was required to make sure that the kids did their daily amount of summer skills. I was not just limited to those daily tasks. Some days included household chores including washing clothes, etc. From there, I got recognition from other families in my area and started babysitting on weekends and evenings for events like Bible study, date nights, etc. I have since been a full and part time nanny for various families . I have worked with up to four kids at a time with ages ranging from one to 12 years. Currently, I work as a teacher for third grade students. I have been teaching professionally for six years now, and am certified to teach K-5 students in all subject areas.
