As an experienced and nurturing childcare provider, I am passionate about fostering a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. With 3 years of experience, 2 of them being in the field of ABA as a Behavioral Technician, I have honed my skills in providing exceptional care for children of all ages. My calm and patient demeanor, coupled with my creativity and imagination, enables me to engage children in a variety of activities that promote learning and development. I believe in open and transparent communication with parents. I provide regular updates on their child's day and promptly address any concerns that may arise. I also respect the parents' wishes and follow their preferred communication methods. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with the children.
