About Kayla

I have been working in education for over 14 years providing academic support for children with various needs and learning styles. I have worked as a certified teacher for four years in the San Francisco School district and was worked extensively in the fields of literacy support and special education. I believe in positive reinforcement and helping the child feel confident in their skills is the best way to empower then to learn. Learning should be fun and every subject can be individualized for every child. I truly am passionate about seeing children succeed and love to be a part of the joy that comes when a child is happy and proud of the work they have accomplished.
