About Kayla

As a caregiver, my passion is fostering children's growth and development. With eight years of experience, I've had the privilege of positively impacting children's lives. I have been babysitting since my early high school days. I am currently in graduate school to receive my masters degree in ABA therapy, and I currently work with children under 10 years of age diagnosed with autism. My patience and calm demeanor create a nurturing environment, while my friendly nature makes me approachable to both children and parents. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency for the child. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time and will participate in any activities the children enjoy! My training includes First Aid and CPR, and I've taken coursework in early child development. I'm also willing to assist with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and supervising swimming activities.
