While I'm just entering paid childcare and looking to build my professional experience, I bring my own personal experience as a middle child in a family of 10 siblings-- many of who have kids of their own. I've regularly helped care for my nieces, nephews, and younger siblings since they were little. I also gained hands-on training as a backup care provider for a family member who works in the field full-time, and would be happy to provide her info as reference. I enjoy engaging in creative activities like drawing, crafts, and storytime. I'm also happy to assist with chores such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up. I'm CPR, First-Aid, and AED certified and I'm excited to foster a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience!

Kayla is a wonderful human being. I adored chatting with her as we transitioned care of our two year old over to her. She always kept my kid perfectly safe. She was communicative and took feedback well if we had to make any adjustments. Two year olds can be moving targets, so I appreciated her flexibility and willingness to care for my child so thoughtfully. My child cried about other babysitters, but she quickly became fond of Kayla. I hope I always have someone like Kayla to care for my children.
