What I loved about her: -easy to talk to. -kind, respectful, and gentle with children. -on time for shifts. What I think needs improvement: We had hired her for a night time position for Thursday and Friday(11PM-6AM and 12AM-7AM depending on the day. I asked her for 2 references and they were all great! It went well for a few weeks, then things started popping up and understandable emergencies happen. While it is understandable, we worked with her for each one, but was left hanging the night she was scheduled to work with no advanced notice. Luckily our son no longer needs a night nanny, but this wouldn’t be ideal especially if you already have a high volume schedule and need of trustworthy childcare. Furthermore, she forgot our agreed upon days, and when I reminded her the original agreement - she quit on the spot.
